We loved this place. It's undoubtedly the most avant-garde dining experience on Terceira Island. For a 23-year-old chef who trained at one of the world's most acclaimed restaurants, Carlos Nuno is very proud and deeply involved with all aspects of the experience. He presents every dish to the tables himself, speaking passionately about his use of local ingredients and unique flavor combinations. The wine pairing is also on point. And we absolutely relished in the fact that the restaurant is a family affair: the chef's own father was helping to make the dining room a wonderful place to be in. It's a perfect place for a romantic night out.
